The lido Spiez is the ideal place during the summer months invites you to nicely relax. The swimming pool has a lakeside beach with direct access to Lake Thun and with a cornered off area for non-swimmers. In the lido there is a raft which invites you to sunbathe on. It is accessible to experienced swimmers by water. Additionally, there is a heated 50-metre pool as well as a non-swimmer pool and a paddling pool for the young guests. Those who wish to have more action can choose the diving board to jump into the cool water. Also a lot of fun is the Spiez waterslide – with a length of 86 metres it is the longest waterslide in the Bernese Oberland.
Swimming makes you hungry. In the lido-restaurant ice-creams, snacks and refreshing drinks are on offer.
From Spiez train station you reach the outdoor and lido pool comfortably with the blue-white Fun Train. There is a discount combo ticket little train and lido. During the summer season the cute little train operates from Sunday to Friday always in the afternoon on the route between train station and lido.
