Traditional hospitality. Culinary delicacies are served in the gourmet restaurant of the  Belvédère Strandhotel. Seasonal delight at the highest level: Meat specialties, fresh fish or vegetarian dishes can be found on the menu in the restaurant kept in the Belle Époque style.
 

Noble wines from all over the world

Noble wines – from Spiezer wine to international wines – can be selected in the restaurant’s own vinotheque «Bacchus». There are over 700 fine wines from all over the world to choose from.

Apart from the cuisine, the restaurant impresses with a wonderful view of the Spiez Bay, the castle and the vineyard as well as Lake Thun and the mountain panorama. The restaurant of the Spiezer traditional house – hosted for over 100 years by the  Belvédère Strandhotel – also serves halftime- and business lunches during the week.
