The wild west in the Bernese Oberland: In the lovingly furbished restaurant Appaloosa-Saloon you can enjoy Tex-Mex meals.

Cowboys and cowgirls are welcome here. In Appaloosa-Saloon and Tex-Mex restaurant hearty meals such as spareribs, burger or chili con carne are served. Especially popular and widely known are the fajitas: Choose your favourite filling and roll the delicious tortillas directly at the table. Regionality has high priority in the Tex-Mex restaurant: The products come from the region wherever possible, the herbs from the restaurant’s own herbal garden – it couldn’t be fresher.
The Appaloosa-Saloon is also popular as a place to meet: You can enjoy various cocktails and tequilas or meet with friends in a cosy western atmosphere for a beer.
