A flat and very popular route directly on Lake Thun: The over 100-year promenade from Spiez to Faulensee is an attraction.
To this day the promenade attracts many visitors. For over 100 years it connects Spiez to Faulensee. The leisurely walk on the flat family-friendly and path suitable for wheelchairs takes about 40 minutes. The decelerated nature experience leads directly along the water past beautiful old trees. Additionally there are numerous art sculptures on the way.
Treat yourself to a break on the way and stop at one of the many benches which have great words of wisdom on them. Hungry strollers grill their cervelats at the new firepit. By the fish farm before Faulensee, modern WC facilities are available.
Tip: Relax after a leisurely stroll with a nice glass of Spiez wine in one of the many restaurants in Spiez or Faulensee.
