Hike from Spiez to Aeschi

Uphill from Spiez to the Aeschi plateau.

Going from Spiez numerous hiking trails lead to the Aeschi plateau. The village is located above Spiez and is the ideal starting point for future hiking tours into the Suldtal, on the Aeschiallmi or the Morgenberghorn. The «Diretissima» first of all goes via the lakeside path from Spiez to Faulensee and then a strenuous 300 m climb directly through the Seeholzwald to Aeschi. For those who prefer it more leisurely, choose the gentler alternative to ascend from Spiez via Hondrich to Aeschi.
