Swiss law is applicable. Articles 253 to 274 of the Swiss Code of Obligations shall apply. For any disputes, the place of the rental property is the place of jurisdiction.

50% down payment of the total rental price within 10 days at the time of reservation to our account (foreign bank transfer at the expense of the tenant).

For the cancellation of the contract the following amounts are required:

CHF 50.00 as handling fee until 30 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price for a cancellation until 14 days before arrival

100% of the rental price for a cancellation less than 14 days before arrival.
